The 2017 Golden Globe awards aired this past Sunday and “La La Land” was the big winner with 7 wins. The red carpet definitely didn’t disappoint us with gorgeous high-shine metallic shimmering gowns and some stunning and unique pieces of jewelry.
Statement cuffs and bangles were all over the red carpet. One of our favorites was Blake Lively’s matching Emerald cuffs by Lorraine Schwartz.
Like it or not, the choker was spotted all over the red carpet this year. It was done in several different ways. Michelle Williams simply wore a leather ribbon choker.
Nicole Kidman wore a thin double gemstone strand from Fred Leighton.
Reese Witherspoon showed off a chunky diamond choker by Tiffany & Co.
Our ‘favorite choker of the night’ went to Emma Stone. She wore a circa-1909 Art Deco Tiffany & Co. diamond pendant choker that was stunning!
Thandie Newton threw in something a bit different with a back necklace, or “back-lace” from Harry Winston.
Sienna Miller kept things classic with a pearl necklace and pearl bracelets.
Tracee Ellis Ross stood out with her amazing collection of rings.
