Yes. We offer a wide range of jewelry and gifts starting as low as $25. We have everything from affordable silver jewelry to hand-selected fine jewelry and even one-of-a-kind custom pieces. Unforgettable can help you find a unique piece of jewelry for any budget.

We take pride in hand-picking each piece that is displayed in our showroom. From a simple pendant to extraordinary carved pearl earrings, Unforgettable has a piece for any occasion. You are sure to find something different and unique.
I never know what to get my significant other. How can Unforgettable help me?
We offer an in-store wish list program. Have your significant other come in and pick out pieces they like. We scan this information into our computers and have a list of their favorite selections for you to choose from.
What is your return policy?
We want our clients to be happy and confident in their purchases. We allow a thirty day return on non-custom orders for full in-store credit.
Does Unforgettable buy broken or unwanted jewelry?
Yes. Unforgettable will give you an honest quote on buying your scrap gold and silver. Come in and see us, and we will be glad to give you a quote.
I don’t know anything about diamonds. Where should I start?
Education is very important to us, and we know there is a lot of information out there. Sit down with one of our GIA (Gemological Institute of America) trained staff to learn everything you need to know. We will teach you about the 4 Cs and explain how diamonds are graded. We will also show you examples under a microscope so that you can learn what to look for. We will give you a hands-on experience in a relaxed setting that will leave you confident in one of the biggest purchases of your life. (Click here to learn more about our diamonds).
I already have a diamond. Can I buy a setting from you?
Yes! We would love to help you find just the setting you are looking for to reset a family diamond or a stone you already have.
Does Unforgettable have a financing option?
Unforgettable offers six-month deferred-interest financing through Synchrony Financial*. We also offer an in-store payment plan that requires 20% down and a 20% payment each month with no interest. See any of our staff for more information and to learn how to apply. *Subject to credit approval.
Do you do repair work?
Yes. Unforgettable offers repair work on most jewelry. Our jeweler has been working in the industry for over 15 years and has a typical turnaround time of 2 weeks. Stop by and get a quote for any of your jewelry repair needs.
Do you do change watch batteries?
Yes. Often we can do them while you wait. If not, our jeweler can have it done for you in a few days. Watch batteries are $10.00 to $20.00.
Do you remove watch links?
Yes, we can remove most watch links. There is no charge for this service.
Do you do appraisals?
Yes, we do insurance appraisals. They cost $75 for the first piece and $50 for each additional piece. Typically, an appraisal takes 24-48 hours to complete. Multiple items will take longer. On more complicated pieces, additional research time may be needed. For special circumstances, please call our staff to make an appointment at (803) 779-3636.
Does Unforgettable do custom work?
Yes. If you have a design for a piece in mind, we have a great custom jeweler. He will make a computer generated image of your creation that can then be turned into a stunning new piece in a few short weeks. Bring any pictures or materials you have and we will help you get started.
